Terms of Service
Effective May 23, 2026 · Version 1.0 (Pre-launch)
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and GreeterHub LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“GreeterHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the GreeterHub website at greeterhub.com(the “Site”), calling our public demo line at +1 (855) 799‑6531 (the “Demo Line”), or placing a founding member deposit reservation (each of the foregoing, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms and that all references to “you” include that business.
2. About GreeterHub
GreeterHub is building an AI office manager for service businesses (initially HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors). The Services described in these Terms are limited to the pre-launch marketing website, the Demo Line, and the founding member deposit pipeline.
You can contact us at hello@greeterhub.com for general inquiries, or at legal@greeterhub.com for legal notices.
3. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Reside in the United States;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Services.
The Services are not intended for users outside the United States. You may not use the Services from any jurisdiction where their use would be unlawful.
4. Founding Member Deposit Reservations
During the pre-launch period, GreeterHub is offering founding member rate reservations to the first 100 qualifying customers. The mechanics of a founding reservation are described below. By placing a reservation, you agree to these reservation terms in addition to the rest of these Terms.
4.1 How the reservation works
A founding reservation is initiated by paying a $5 refundable deposit through Stripe Checkout. Your deposit reserves either the Starter Founding rate ($79/mo, with 100 inbound calls per month included, available at GreeterHub V1.5) or the Pro Founding rate ($199/mo, with 500 inbound calls per month included, available at GreeterHub V1 launch), depending on the price you indicated at signup. The rate that applies to your reservation is confirmed in your reservation confirmation email.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the 100-seat cap is reached or the Services launch, whichever happens first.
4.2 Claim window at launch
When the GreeterHub voice agent product launches, we will email you at least 72 hours before public pricing goes live. You will then have a 72-hour window from the launch email to claim your reservation by completing the subscription signup process. Your $5 deposit will be credited toward your first month.
If you do not claim within the 72-hour window, your reservation expires, your founding rate is released, and your $5 deposit is automatically refunded.
4.3 Your founding rate is locked for life
If you claim your reservation within the 72-hour window, the founding monthly rate that applies to your reservation ($199/mo for Pro Founding or $79/mo for Starter Founding) is locked for the life of your subscription, subject to the following:
- (a) Uninterrupted subscription required. The rate lock applies for as long as you maintain an uninterrupted active subscription. Cancellation followed by re-signup does not relock the rate.
- (b) Binding on successors.The rate lock binds GreeterHub's successors and assigns in any merger, acquisition, asset sale, or change of control.
- (c) Sunset on permanent cessation. If GreeterHub permanently ceases operation, the rate lock terminates without refund obligation beyond the refund layers described in §4.4.
- (d) Tier-change resets the rate. The rate lock applies to your original founding tier only. If you voluntarily downgrade or upgrade to a different tier, your rate resets to the then-current public pricing for that tier.
- (e) Non-transferable. The founding rate is non-transferable. Assignment to an acquired or spun-off entity (other than as part of a sale of substantially all of your business) terminates the lock.
4.4 Refund layers
Your $5 deposit and any founding subscription payments are protected by three independent refund layers:
- Non-launch auto-refund. If GreeterHub has not launched the voice agent product by September 30, 2026, your $5 deposit is automatically refunded with no action required on your part.
- 30-day post-launch satisfaction refund. If you claim your reservation and are not satisfied with the Services within 30 days of your first paid month, contact us at hello@greeterhub.com for a full refund of that month.
- Cancel-anytime monthly. Founding subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing us; cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
4.5 What your founding subscription includes (when claimed)
A claimed founding subscription includes the features described on the GreeterHub pricing page at greeterhub.com/pricing as of the date of claim, plus any feature improvements GreeterHub subsequently adds to the corresponding non-founding tier at no additional charge. The full Terms of Service for paid subscriptions (including service level commitments, integration terms, and the Data Processing Agreement) will be published before the launch claim window opens, and will govern your use of the voice agent product itself.
5. Demo Line use
The Demo Line at +1 (855) 799‑6531 is operated directly by GreeterHub for demonstration of our AI voice agent technology. When you call the Demo Line:
- You will hear an AI voice agent (not a live person) operated by GreeterHub.
- The call is recorded for product demonstration, quality, and service improvement purposes. The recording disclosure is played at the start of the call.
- If you do not consent to the recording, hang up before the agent asks for any information.
- Please do not share confidential, sensitive, or regulated personal information on the Demo Line (such as financial account numbers, social security numbers, medical information, or government identifiers). The Demo Line is not designed to handle that information.
GreeterHub's collection, use, and retention of Demo Line audio and transcripts is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Use the Demo Line for fraud, harassment, threatening or abusive communications, or to attempt to extract sensitive data from GreeterHub;
- Place fraudulent, duplicative, or automated founding reservations;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape at scale, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, or underlying technology of the Services;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them;
- Use the Services to compete with GreeterHub by building or training a substantially similar AI voice agent product; or
- Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act on behalf of a business.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation of this section, with or without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, content, designs, logos, trademarks, and the GreeterHub name, are owned by GreeterHub or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for the purposes described in these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
You retain ownership of any information you submit to us (such as your email address and any details you share on the Demo Line). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information solely to provide the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreeterHub disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that any specific product launch date will be met (subject to the non-launch refund commitment in §4.4).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will GreeterHub, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid GreeterHub in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreeterHub and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
10. Dispute resolution
10.1 Informal resolution first
Before filing any formal claim against GreeterHub, you agree to contact us at legal@greeterhub.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may bring a formal proceeding.
10.2 Binding arbitration
Read this section carefully. It limits your rights to bring a lawsuit, requires you to resolve most disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and waives your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
You and GreeterHub agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English in the State of Florida, or by video conference, before a single arbitrator.
10.3 Class action and jury trial waiver
You and GreeterHub each agree that any dispute will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You and GreeterHub each waive any right to a jury trial.
10.4 Small-claims and injunctive relief carve-outs
Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court in the county where you live or work, in lieu of arbitration. Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidentiality, or unauthorized-use claims without first proceeding to arbitration.
10.5 One-year claims limit
Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.
10.6 Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provisions. Any non-arbitrable dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email (to the email address you provided for a reservation, if any) and by posting a notice on the Site. Non-material changes (such as clarifications, typo fixes, or contact-info updates) take effect immediately upon being posted with an updated “Effective” date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If we terminate your access for cause (such as a material violation of §6), your founding reservation may be cancelled and your $5 deposit may be forfeited. Sections 4.4 (refund layers), 7 (intellectual property), 8 (disclaimers and limitation of liability), 9 (indemnification), 10 (dispute resolution), and 13 (general provisions) survive any termination of these Terms.
13. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and GreeterHub regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Independent contractors. The parties are independent contractors. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
- Notices. We may give notice by email to the address associated with your reservation or by posting a notice on the Site. You may give us notice at legal@greeterhub.com.
